First Place Holdings LLC was founded in 2026 by Evan Lum with the aim of investing in projects in the Carroll Gardens area. First Place is a people-first company rooted in the principles of community and trust. We work closely with all of our partners to ensure both the success of their projects and their contribution to the local community.

Evan is an entrepreneur from New York. He started his journey by growing his tutoring company, now known as Logika Test Prep. Today he owns and operates First Place Holdings LLC while concurrently studying Mechanical Engineering at Cornell University.
